Thanks for all the Valentine's.

Thank you to all who sent Ford a Valentine's Day card. He likes them. I actually had a camera by me when he opened the one from Nana and Papa today. Kyle was holding him and Ford was holding it like he was reading it. I thought it was so cute. I guess I reading before every nap is paying off. He might like to read unlike his mother. Thanks again and Happy Valentine's Day!

Third Haircut!

Ford got his third haircut today! Yes he is only 9 months. His hair must grow like mine. As you can see in the first picture it was very long. It was going below his eyes. So I had them take a little more off the top this time. He looks so big with this new haircut. It makes him look like a little boy! It is still cute, but still makes him look older. Daddy got to go this time, which turned out to be great since Ford was very into looking at what the girl cutting his hair was doing.

Look How Big!!!

Look how big my little boy is! Today I finally got a few pictures of Ford standing up with his table he got from Pops for Christmas. He has this week started to go from a crawling position to sitting position all on his own and he has started pulling up things. I think it will be soon when he starts trying to take his first steps. He walks holding our hands a good bit now. He has gotten brave several times and let go with one hand and walks with only one hand. We just put up his new swing outside and he loves it. He will just cackle when he starts going. Which is the best sound in the world. He is changing every day! I promise I will be better at updating the blog, Ford just normally doesn't let me get good pictures.

9 month check up.

On Thursday, Ford had his check up. We had a wonderful report. He only gained 1 pound and 4 ounces since his 6 month check up. He weighed in at 18 pounds 4 ounces. That is in the 20th percentile. As for his height he is 28 and 1/4 inces long. That is around 50th percentile. We were expecting his height to be the one under the average not his weight. We feel very blessed to receive once again a clean bill of health. I was somewhat worried that he only gained a pound but the doctor assured me it was normal for this time. It is due to him being more active and growing tall!

Ford is 9 months!!

On May 10th Ford was 9 months old! Is is so hard to believe he almost a year old. I pick a few pictures that I thought were cute. Ford is hamming it up in the second picture. The last picture his smile is so cute I had to use, even though his hair is messed up. If I do say so myself, we have a handsome little boy.
